About Michael

Michael Coleman’s career includes over 20 years of experience in user experience design and product management. With extensive domain knowledge in creativity, collaboration, video editing and motion graphics, he has played a key role in creating award-winning cloud, desktop and mobile applications.

Michael is currently the Director of User Experience for the video and audio editing apps of Adobe Creative Cloud.

His primary responsibilities include leading the team of user experience designers responsible for shaping the workflow and aesthetics of Adobe’s award-winning video creation tools. His team works closely with executives, product management, user research, prototyping, and engineering to build great products for Adobe’s customers.

Michael’s past positions include Principal Product Manager for Video Collaboration, Sr. Product Manager for Adobe After Effects, and Lead User Experience Designer. Michael has a degree in business administration & economics from Seattle University. His hobbies include sailing, cycling, and soccer.
